Can I get my purchases Gift Wrapped?  
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at this time.

Do you offer Wholesale Prices?  
Lily’s Playhouse is a retail outlet and as a general rule we are not able to offer wholesale pricing. On selected items however, we do offer discounts where an item is purchased in quantity. Please contact us for further information.

Are Gift Certificates available and how do they work?
Yes! You can purchase Gift Certificates for any amount. Gift Certificates are sent by email. There are no shipping and handling charges when you purchase them and you can include a greeting with the Gift Certificate. They can be used to purchase anything on our site, however they are not redeemable for cash.

If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, click here. Please note normal shipping charges apply to any items purchased using a Gift Certificate. Any unused portion of the Gift Certificate will remain on your account.

How do I find my product?  
To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menu on the left side of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I navigate the site?  
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

What happens to my order if you are closed?
Orders that are placed before we close for holidays will be processed and dispatched before our closure. Any orders that are received after we are closed will be held in our system and dispatched upon our return. If you have a concern with your order please email us through our contact us page, as we will be monitoring email during this period.
