Payment Options

Do you offer Bpay facilities?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Bpay facilities at the moment.

Do you offer C.O.D. facilities?
We do not offer C.O.D. at this time.  Payment must be received before we can ship orders.

What currency will my purchases be charged in?
All purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars.

What are my payment choices and is it secure?
We offer payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Club. Payment can also be made by Paypal or Direct Deposit to our bank account, and cash at time of pick up is also an option.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Instructions for Direct Deposits will be given at the completion of checkout. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

If you're lucky enough to have received one of our gift vouchers you can also use that.

While our checkout process offers the highest level of SSL 128 bit security available today, we know that some people feel uncomfortable about giving out their credit card details on the Internet. Please note the following in relation to Bank Deposit payments:

  • Deposits need to be made within four business days, otherwise we will assume you don't wish to proceed with the order and it will be cancelled.
  • To ensure there are no delays processing your order, make sure you remember to quote your order number when making the deposit
  • This method of payment is only available to customers who have access to the Australian banking system.

How long do I have to pay for my order?
Payment is expected within 3 business days, after this time Lilys Playhouse reserves the right to cancel your order.
